If I could, I would give 0 star. Rose Billing center is worse I have ever seen. They sent bill to collection agency without giving us notice even though we have been paying on time (of course they said that they sent us notice but we never received one). First of all they created multiple accounts instead of one. it was almost impossible to pay online as these accounts were not linked, We had to call them every month to make payment. Guess what when you call them to get information about your accounts they will simply give you third party number to coordinate and get information and when you call Third party they would refer you back to Rose medical Center. Medical facility and service we received was great but we are very disappointed with their Billing.
