So it seems if you call a quarter till 3 and wait on the phone for 30 mins when it gets close to your number it hangs up. Called back again, now the number supposedly is out of service...what the heck. Their not even closed it's only 3:30pm ?! ...in this wonderful world we live in today it seems the ones who work for government owed agencies have the worst customer service by far. Post office, clerk of court, DMV, and many others. I get better service going to Target. It truly shocks me everything.
