We had business in Claremont, so we decided to stop in to Carolina Coach on a Saturday. The salesman, Mike, was friendly, knowledgeable about the product and truly interested in us. Mike was NOT a pushy, braggard who was only interested in a sale, then on to the next. We tried out a Dynamax and talked about a possible trade. Carolina Coach offered a more than generous trade for our BTCruiser. The Manager (sorry, I forgot his name) was very friendly and polite, also not a pushy type of guy. We hadn't intended to purchase that day, just shopping on a whim, as we ran across their dealership. We are old enough to know that finances and bills come first, then pleasures. We decided to forego a very generous offer on the Dynamax, but Carolina Coach made a friend and a possible sale, in the future.
