Our son found his dream car a 2013 Subaru WRX on car gurus last week. This WRX was for sale at Mike Johnson's and had just listed..We knew the car would sell fast but it was difficult to make a decision sight unseen and we didn't have time to go to see it. We are an hour away. So our salesman, Norm, took us thru the process from the first phone call... to the end of the deal he described the car in detail and even gave it the sniff test. He explained they could hold it with a deposit. I felt like Norm was encouraging us to put the deposit down to help us get the car we wanted not to make a sale. If we hesitated it would be gone. The car has completely exceeded our expectations...it is immaculate inside and out and has been thoroughly inspected and serviced and had a recall handled at the hickory Subaru dealer. We were also able to get a very reasonable extended warranty for all the bells and whistles this car has...a pretty perfect used car buying experience....
