I've been going to this store since it opened 10 years ago, and I will say the customer service and quality of the store have significantly declined since it opened.
I remember how they used to be helpful whenever possible, but now the employees hide or just outright ignore customers. The place has no prise in itself anymore. The displays are staying to deteriorate and the shooting gallery is run down. There is diary on most things and no one cats if there's trash or merchandise on the floor.
To me this points to both poor leadership from management and a mismanagement of resources stocking products that don't sell. In addition to this, the management seems to hire inexperienced individuals who have little to no knowledge about the products they are surrounded by.
I'm not saying all the employees are this way, but a good majority have no concept of life beyond their cellphones and Facebook.
I don't go here anymore because of the lack of cleanliness, the poor and sometimes disrespectful customer service, the lack of knowledge, and lack of pride. I would advise anyone else to do the same and stay away.
