This place has awesome customer service age their people know the product well but there were only 3-5 brands and very little parking.

I ve liked this company ever sense they moved to this location. Very friendly local company.

Brian helped me find exactly what I needed. They had everything that I needed in one place and they showed me how to put it all together as well as a lot of great advice. I felt the prices were Fair and the service and advice were excellent!

I have purchased a few things from this store in the past. Such as gas lines, propane and some very cool cooking items for the bbq. I understand this place is now employee owed which is double cool. I love to support local business, not big box places as much as I can.

Two years ago I purchased and had installed a new fireplace insert for my 110 year old house in SE ptld. The insert is wonderful, we use it all winter to heat our home. Unfortunately we did not buy the insert for the guys at Hometown. The place we bought it from is no longer in business.

I contacted Derek at hometown Hearth for some help with a warranty issue I was having. He didn't pass me off but insisted to help me and be the liaison between the factory and myself. With no reimbursement for his time and effort I might ad. I honest cannot thank him enough for the extra time he spent to make sure I was taken care of. If they way he helped me is any indication of the company he and his partner are running it is going to be very successful.

I am planning on getting a new bbq in the spring and I will definitely be going to see them. They have truly earned my business.

I was spending hours researching the right hose and fittings online until the guys at home town hearth were able to make me a custom hose in a couple minutes that I knew would work.

We chose HomeTown to replace our old wood burning fireplace with a new efficient gas (propane) unit. They worked with us on style and type that would work in our home and even sent someone out to make sure it was correct . They are very knowledgeable on their products, explain things thoroughly and gave us an excellent price to include current discounts.
We had our Regency fireplace installed in November 2018. Derrick and Tyler are both terrific. The installation was quick and professional. Tyler had to come back to help us fix an issue in January and he was very considerate and accommodating. Would highly recommend them if you are looking to replace your fireplace or wood stove. By far the best local place to get your propane products and gas insert stoves. The employees are very knowledgeable about the products they carry and go out of their way to help you make the best choice you can make about insert stoves and installation.

Great price on propane refills and they also have a ton a barbecue spices and equipment. Forget your big box hardware stores and go here for barbecue grills and supplies.

I love the fact that even though the place could have sold me a presaure gadge valve reader, at my request, the gentleman that assisted me told not to purchase and I can either use a cheap weight scale to keep my propane tank on or just dump hot boiling water on me tank when I need to know status of propane inside the tank. He saved me $45+!!!

These guys helped me find the impossible. They found me new parts for my ducane grill that's over 15 years old. They are also cheaper than online parts. I highly recommend going through them. Thanks for helping me restore my dad's old grill.

I called and talked to amazing people on the phone about creating a Propane IR heating system with custom hoses. They were very helpful with asking good questions and had the knowledge to help me.

I went into the shop this morning to purchase the materials for the project and met an middle age man who made me feel like I was inconveniencing him with my request for support. The more I talked with him the more I questioned who the customer was... instead of helping me solve the problems with the project I felt like I was just going to be sold stuff that wouldn t work to get me out of there. I was shocked... I drove 35 minutes to this store because of my phone discussion... I didn t care about the price... just needed help with the project... but I finally left because I felt I wasting this persons time... he should not be in customer support...

I would suspect this person is not reflective of the other employees at this business as they have really good reviews and my phone call was really good, but I left as I didn t feel comfortable with the experience... very disappointed...

These guys are awesome! I purchased a Weber grill from them a few months back and hadn't had the chance to put it together and to be honest, I didn't look that closely at the box when we loaded it up in the truck. Here it is a few month later, I want to assemble the grill and I realized, it was a smaller (similar) grill then the one I had purchased. When I called them about it one of the owners looked the purchase up on their computer then offered to pick up and bring me the right one. Roughly one hour later, he brought me the grill already assembled, and picked up the other one. He also took the time to give me a few tips for the care and use. On top of that, I didn't have to assemble anything. Awesome customer service guys! Good luck getting that kind of service from Lowe's or Home Depot. This is a small business worthy of your patronage, and I will continue to support them with my purchases.

Great place for BBQ stuff and best price for Propane in area. They go above normal for service needs, even on older discontinued models, they may have the part you need or get it for you quickly.
They do tank recertification here also.
The selection of accessories is huge, always find something i need or want.

Have to add, the have a rather interesting selection or Rubs and marinades for your grilling adventures.

Derek is GREAT! I have had a couple issue with a stove I bought and every time I call he is VERY helpful and always finds a way to solve my problem. If I ever need a another stove I will DEFINITELY buy it from HomeTown Hearth
