As others have stated, this is a very basic gym. Treadmills, elipticals, stair climbers, free weights, and weight machines. For lifters, they don't have a power rack or bench rack. You will have to do all of your big lifts on a smith machine. Besides that, it's cheap and low commitment. There are no upfront fees for regular use.

It is not often crowded, and the staff tends to be laid back.

All of that being said, they cannot seem to keep a stock of towels. They offer 'complimentary towel service' which to them apparently means be grateful if you get one, and don't expect to have one to dry off during your workout or after your shower. Also, I wouldn't bother complaining. They used to have a suggestion wall, but they did away with it because the members had the audacity to request consistent availability of towels at a gym. The management responds with condescending signs informing us that towels are a privilege provided at their whim. So if you don't plan to shower at the gym or don't mind having a smelly towel in your car, this is the gym for you.

Good doctors, they really do care and this medical center has any doctor you could need and there's a hospital right there on site for inpatient and outpatient care... If you have Medicaid or just Medicare they won't accept you as a patient because they take private health insurance, if you have Medicare and say BCBS you are good but if you don't have that secondary they will year you and stabilize you then transfer you to Grady memorial in the ATL
