Most of the staff were brilliant 99%, very helpful and attentative. Beautiful venue and grounds.
Had hot water issues, but they were dealt with as quickly as they could have been, hotel manager acted very quickly and professionally.
Overall a nice weekend retreat.

All in all the hotel is very nice, staff are good, very busy venue
Breakfasts are good.
We will be back.
