The rooms were not new, I found a tag of cloths between my pillows for an old customer, the cleaning service was not the best, they are certainly not a five star hotel, also ordering any regular service from the hotel they do charge on for example ordering ice bucket cost 15 AED it s not free and when I argued with them they were very rude towards the gusts in the hotel specifying nationalities of people and saying they are annoying when they get drunk and they keep asking for more ice and that s why are charging everyone now, and they are supposed to be a 5 star hotel were they should provide a 5 star service to everyone regardless if they were drunk or annoying as long as the gust is not rude or did any problem in the hotel ! I m not going to book again there and I do not recommend it at all !
