Please know that Ivan F. recently serviced my HVAC system as a check up request by me to check the system for the Fall season. My best impression was that he was quietly efficient. I'm always suspicious of the technician that constantly talks about various topics all the time when they should be concentrating on the job that they are here to perform. I got the feeling that Ivan did a thorough job, reported his findings and efficiently performed the agreed to repairs that I approved. This is the second time that I have used this company and they have earned my trust.
