I have long been a patron of Makati Shangrila but I see a decline in its offers and service.
a) for executive suite, there used to be a complimentary mini-bar beverages in the refrigerator on the 1st day
b) our suite on the -th floor is in between two (2) Deluxe rooms . The next room was having a party with over 10 people in it and they were stomping and clapping.
c) the toilet bowl is chipped (good it is covered with a plastic seat)
d) you should install a bidet in all of your toilet bowls
