Real people that play. I needed a guitar pre-amp that would allow me to go direct to FOH and demoed a few different ones. Jason worked with me to get the right one (RK5 Fly Rig)...and they even BEAT an internet price on the item!!! The first day I went there He even got rid of a hum that was coming from my guitar and didn't charge me!!! Find that kind of attitude or service at a Big Box music store. I will definitely go back to them for more gear.
