Be aware of JLA, completely agree with a previous reviewer that this company has changed big time over 18 years I ve been in the trade. No longer the personal touch and I ve had a nightmare with 5 brand new JLA driers over two years I ve owned them. On top of this different workers will tell you different things in JLA and continuous problems with extortionate invoices. I ve tried to contact Credit control with concerns over a demand for an invoice with no luck. They will ignore you when you want to make a complain but intimidate clients with action if raised invoices are questioned.
I miss the people who use to work for JLA years ago, friendly, attentive and always helpful, what a shame this companies greed to take over the industry has changed their company so much in recent years.
I have only written this review as I can not get a response from the accounts team who are ignoring my emails.
