Went to glow to follow up on some spray tans that I purchased before covid. I bought them to use for my grad and although it was cancelled, I had a couple small celebrations and was willing to use them for pictures and such. However, they were closed during this time and I was not able to use them. Once they reopened I went to ask for a return as they were closed when I wanted to use them and they did not offer a return. The lady said they are not refundable even though I was willing to use them up and when I did want to use them they were closed therefore, I believe they should be offering returns like the rest of businesses. Disappointing that they are not offering this. Will not be going back.
