We moved to Eagle Mountain 9 months ago and having lived in other areas, we have found Direct Communication to have great service. Very seldom do we experience a delay in streaming movies or music. The customer service representatives are also very helpful and kind when they talk to you. I really feel like they are there to help you with any need you have without making you jump through hoops.
