Unfortunately had a very rude person on the phone. I was not allowed to finish my question at first (which was necessary in order to understand my situation), probably in order to achieve a more efficient processing. However, afterwards we talked for 2 minutes (irritably) about how the question could best have been asked. I didn't understand if the person wanted a quick turnaround.
I understand when the people there are under pressure to perform, but then the consulate / embassy should hire more staff.
