I must say, the staff is pretty rude. One staff member had to make my mom move out of her way so she could move past us in the hallway. This after being told by PACU that my father would only be there 30-45 minutes, and instead was 1 1/2 hours getting to his room. One or two staff members were pleasant and the food in the cafeteria was fairly good. This, however, does nothing to help with being treated like second-class.
