Fantastic customer service when we booked with tots to travel for our holiday to Tenerife green garden resort. The little touches they provided at the resort such as toys for the kids, and all the amenities needed in the room with small children such as steriliser, travel for, potty etc. Even a baby bouncer when we asked! Really personal service and customer agents on the phone couldn t do more to be more helpful. We had an amazing holiday in Tenerife and have booked the same holiday again through Tots in 2020! Thanks again Tots
