One star only based upon them trying to rip me off...

One star only based upon them trying to rip me off for a 1st service. They quoted 245 pounds which did not compare at all with the quotes from other Fiat dealers (From 170 to 190 Pounds). They tried fobbing me off by saying that the oil was ultra special and cost 70 pounds by itself. I was not aware that the Fiat 1.4 Petrol engine ran on liquid gold !
