This was a fantastic experience from the comfortable linens, cozy bed, customer service (every person!), location, and food. We booked through a Costco package - and I'm not sure if the add-ons like breakfast and complimentary nuances were due to Costco or what they do with every guest, but wow. The breakfast is just lovely and overlooks a beautiful garden, which as you can imagine in Venice, is unusual. We also loved the location. It wasnt far from the train station but also wasn't in a massive tourist trap.

My one point of contention is like any hotel, any additonal purchases will be pricey. The hotel feautred an appertivi with jazz that we were excited to experience. We quicky found out the price was high for minimal in return. Instead we found a local family osteria and enjoyed venetian ciccetti for a fraction of the cost.
