I had my annual contractual cleaning and inspection of my central air. Bill L. was very professional yet friendly. He explained everything clearly. I had to have a contact replaced and he gave me the old part and compared it to the replacement part to show me what was wrong. He explained what would happen if I didn't replace it. I am VERY satisfied with his work. He's great!
