I would like to begin by pointing out that I have a few years of experience in car audio sales and know the business well. My experience was flawless I was able to see first had the quality of the work, professionalism of the installer and five star customer service from the owner. I was recommenced to Audio Addiction by a close friend and reading the reviews above made me a little uneasy. Needless to say I had to go due to the high recommendation of my friend who works the auto industry. While I was there I noticed high quality tint work with little (tiny) gaps. Very impressive! My install was complex task for myself but the polite installer with several years of experience completed this in about 10 minutes. I also noticed the owner and installer coaching DYI'ers the risk involved and some safety concerns about their vehicles. I really shopped around and looked at all of their competitors such as Rolling Sound, Best Buy, MiamiProAudio and a few more. Needless to say the price point was low and a fraction of what the others quoted me for parts and labor about 60% less. I will highly recommend this place and had to go out of my way to show them how happy I am. Unbeatable prices, friendly service and professional staff. I am going back with my other vehicle soon.
