Terrible customer service. Ordered a tank from them that arrived broken and they wouldnt replace it. They told me to go local to get it fixed, if I wanted to take the time to go local I would have just bought the cage local. I ordered it online because it is easier and less time consuming. They outright refused to replace it, we had to go through paypal for a refund. Also, I think many of the positive reviews on here may be fake. Many of the accounts with the generic user icons that gave a positive review have only ever reviewed big apple pet supply and nothing else. I think that those accounts were made specifically to put up a good review for the business by the owner. Deceitful practice. Will never deal with them again.

My Response to the owner's response: Demonstrably false. You only offered to pay a full refund once we went to paypal. I told you that I didn't want to take the time to go local, if I did then I would have just bought the cage locally. The point is that when the part was broken you refused to replace it. In the emails you guys said that it would be "easiest" to buy the part locally, easiest for who? You? The part doesn't matter so much as your poor response in handling it.
