Waited over 7 hours just to find out that they for...

Waited over 7 hours just to find out that they forgot all about us. Someone was supposed to call the ultra sound technician but completely dropped the ball and left us waiting in our room for hours. We finally asked for an ETA for the technician to find out he was never called. It s been 3 hours since they made the call and they seem to have forgotten about us again!
Been here since 3pm and it s 11:06pm. With no sign of us getting out of here anytime soon.
