Been to most of the Mercedes dealers' service in the area. This one is BY FAR the worst. They don't keep you updated on status of your car, they almost NEVER complete all tasks and never have car ready by time promised. Most times I pick up car something has not been done. Been buying cars and coming here on and off for almost 20 years. WILL NEVER STEP FOOT HERE AGAIN.

I see the owner responded. He makes excuses for this time, but fails to address the fact that this has happened MULTIPLE times. Last time they even charged me for work that was not done. I came here because it was convenient, but as Einstein noted, insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.
