This was our 2nd service call in 3 days. Mike cal...

This was our 2nd service call in 3 days. Mike called with an estimated arrival time and it was very accurate. He was courteous about placing his shoes within protective footwear when entering the house. He was thorough about evaluating the furnace and ordered a replacement part. I received a call about 9am the next day with a scheduled time for installing the part. Job well done.
