I just read a review by Benn K. written just 5 months ago. I had a similar experience with Isaac several years ago. Had a service plan with them at the time and it was my annual furnace tune-up. The technician insisted my heat exchanger was cracked and needed replacing - a quite expensive repair. Since I had the exchanger replaced a few years before, I questioned this. I asked if he was sure and he said yes and proceeded to show me the "crack" with a small mirror inserted inside. The only thing I saw was a shadow - no crack, and I said I would need to get a second opinion. Upon that he said he would take a second look and oh, guess what?, he changed his mind, no crack. It has been several more years and I have had my furnace (the same one) inspected/cleaned every year without issue (by another company). I, regrettably, failed to complain at the time and write this review now because it would seem this problem of trying to cheat the customer still exists within this company, particularly when the customer is a single older woman.
