Adding an mini warehouse. Started process in about May. It is now well into December with no occupancy approval. I did receive a verbal apology third hand from the door installer that they were 3 weeks behind schedule due to them overbooking. That doesn't pay the rent. By pitching a fit, they did get a couple guys start on doors after 2 weeks, but still no occupancy permit. Just stating facts, you can make up your own mind. I am paying a premium to use what I thought was a top-notch builder and am left with an incomplete building in the middle of winter.
