The staff physically abuses people and does not at all care for human life. Last year a staff member abused my aunt and was found guilty. This year she had her hip broken in two places and her neck was broken from "falling off of the changing station". Even if it was an accident you'd think they'd be watching people way more carefully. Disgusting.
