Allstate HOA is the new management for Lakewood Terrace here in Lakewood, CA. I am a resident here, but so far I am having a pretty bad feeling about Allstate HOA s service because nothing I pointed out to the rep, Verta Mitchell, has been take care of. There is an abandoned Hyundai in the parking lot for more than a month covered in spider web, and the parking lot gate has been broken since last Friday (July 17) and it's Monday evening as I write.
Last Friday when I told Verta about the abandoned car, she went off on me and rushed me off. Later on I called her back and she said "Of course you need to be rushed off! I have a collapsed line here that takes priority!". I am glad that Verta is prioritizing her tasks, but that kind of unprofessional attitude makes me wonder what else is going on in this organization. None of my messages regarding the broken gate has been responded. I hope her manager, Ben Barr, would spend some time retaining Verta about her customer service manner, because Verta's unapologetic, un-empathetic attitude doesn't speak well about Allstate HOA Management.
