When you call they hurry you off the phone, they barely answer your questions, and they keep insisting that you come into their store. Maybe I don't want to come into your store, maybe the purpose of the call is to see what products you have instead of wasting my gas and time coming somewhere that wont have what I want??? durrrrrr!!! However, apparently they didn't get that. Overall rating 1 star. They suck!!! Go somewhere else. Try South Side Audio
