the playstation 4 cannot even read a USB STICK. I get a message from nowhere that I am in the safe mode menu and I can only choose option number 7. I do that and therefore need a USB-STICK with the system software update in it. I put it in and then I get the error message that the USB-STICK is not connected (SU-41333-4) so I buy several USB sticks and that doesn't work. I also don't want to spend 100 or more to fix my playstation 4 for free because the system is so bad. and another problem. I am called names and I ask him to stop or I report him. he does not stop so I report him and then I will be suspended. I really do not understand this with this system.
