I was choosing between purchasing another Subaru (I've owned several) and the Volvo that I ended up purchasing. The buying experience, the professionalism, attitude and gratitude from all of the staff at the dealership was amazing. They didn't play games with me or try any of that Zig Zigler salesperson type nonsense. Straight forward and honest about price and information about the car. They were not in a hurry or pressuring me into something I wasn't ready for and had truly exception response times. I interacted with all of their sales staff at some point (I really was probably a higher need customer than most) and all of them were wonderful. A true team dynamic.
