Kyle Corr was my initial personal contact at Toyota in Abilene and he was exemplary from start to finish. He provided all the information in a manner this 71 year old man could understand and appreciate, especially some of the technical aspects heretofore unknown to me. I would rate Kyle an eleven on a scale of one to ten. He made the whole experience so easy and comfortable, and I will continue to praise he and Lithia Toyota of Abilene to anyone considering a new vehicle. And I love my new RAV4.
