Went in yesterday very excited having just finished the 6er challenge to get some 6er gear. Employee at the desk brought the whole experience down. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. He made no eye contact, didn't speak to us, when we asked if the fitting room was available he didn't even look up just pointed, didn't offer help when confused about 6er shirt sizes and fit, kept his head down the entire time and acted like we didn't exist. He made it very clear with his attitude that he couldn't wait for us to leave and was livid that we had even walked in. I wanted to get multiple shirts and sweatshirts but he made it so awful and awkward that I just grabbed the first thing I found in my size and got out as quick as possible. I don't expect every person in customer service to be jolly or even fake nice, but I do expect a little bit of human decency. What a bummer for something that should have been fun.
