Stay away from thesis guys, Total scam. Their guys came knocking on my door, pretending to be an official government employee, by asking to see my bill and convincing me that they are here for my own benift, by "protecting me" from the high rates. anyway, I fell in the trap, and since then my hydro bill is growing higher and higher. the huge scam is the guy didn't tell that I have to pay around $200 for the cancellation fee.
be aware, just control your hydro on your own.
