My wife and I are car shopping at the moment since our current lease is almost up. We walked in and Jon came over shook my hand, I explained our lease situation and informed him we just want to test drive to feel out our next car. Jon was AWESOME about it! No stress, no hassle, no pressure, no sales pitch. He just smiled said "ok let's go for a test drive". While driving he answered my questions and was knowledgeable about the vehicle. Even joked around a bit which made me feel comfortable haha. After the test drive he didn't push or asked to follow him to an office, just said "let me get you a broucher and I'll give you my info and when your ready hope you consider our dealership ". That was the most relaxing and easy test drive I've experienced and I believe it's really helpful to those looking for their next car. Take note Ford. Thanks Jon! Will update this post if we decide on buying a car from this dealer as to how the actual buying experience went.
