Peter Mark is the reason I keep going back to Acura BOSTON for service. I just picked up my 2007 MDX that has 216,000 miles on it and Peter made this service interaction a truly easy and effortless one and reinforces that s he gets customer service. No b.s. no pressure. Just a forthright review of what should be done and what could be deferred until next time.
