Denise LaPointe is truly amazing! Her classes are so therapeutic. I m a Yoga teacher myself and have been taking yoga for over 10years but I ve learned more in 3 classes with Denise than in any other class. All of my aches and pains dissipate as she understands the body she is able to fix any misalignments so precisely.

I m loving Living Yoga because of Denise!!
