Thunderbird was hired to re-grade a portion of the side and back yard to address drainage issues. In addition to a trench drain, the scope of the project was to "grade side yard and back landscape beds for positive drainage away from the house and fence line."
This is NOT what happened and they actually managed to make the issue worse. Upon inspection of their work, albeit two weeks later, they got us on their "warranty schedule" and I've heard next to nothing since. I was told, "we're busy this time of year" or "sorry about the no call and no show" and that's the extent of their communication.
The project was started in early March; it's almost July and we're still trying to get some sort of resolution worked out. Unfortunately, calls and emails are ignored.
