Very professional and courteous. George did a great job explaining the condition of my AC unit and the fix needed. He even gave me a few preventive maintenance tips and explained (in detail) the type of AC unit that i have. I was very pleased with the work done and the timely manner in which it was done...would recommend Vernon/George in a heart beat.
