I haven't purchased a vehicle here but I recently had them repair my 2010 Nissan Pathfinder. Granted I had to take it to them because I changed the brakes like I have hundreds of times and when I was done the vehicle didn't have any brakes. I thought I would take it to them thinking that they would be able to identify the problem quickly. They replaced the master cylinder for $500 and the brakes still didn't work. After almost 2 weeks of them having the vehicle they finally were able to fix the problem. I was going to give a lower rating because they sold me an expensive part that didn't fix the problem, but on the other hand they were very good to work with. They were very good giving updates, they gave me a loaner vehicle for free while they figured out the problem with my car and after they sold me one part that didn't fix the problem they actually spent time diagnosing the vehicle instead of just keep throwing parts at it.
