Booked on Hotwire as a 5 star resort. This place is a far cry from 5 stars. Its set up like a timeshare where theres villas and you have to drive everywhere! The Waterpark is like a mile away!!!! The restaurants are really overpriced. The room service is mediocre. The buildings and waterpark need a cleaning.. the slides are turning yellow, the main building has black down the side. The villa decor was outdated. I stay at a lot of places in Orlando/Kissimmee area.. dont waste your money on this place. It at most a typical 3 star Orlando resort. Unless you are into golf then perhaps its for you. I will say the landscaping was immaculate. We left a night early... we were all very disappointed... my kids included... we have stayed at 5 star resorts... this place was a joke.
