Spoke to someone there recently who was so unhelpf...

Spoke to someone there recently who was so unhelpful and more or less cut me off phone line. Her name is Anne and i just couldnt get over the arrogance and shortness. Will not be dealing with this off licence again. I have spoken previously to very helpful and mannerly people there. I realise this woman has been working there for a long time but my goodness maybe authority has gone to her head. Very upsetting to have been spoken to in this way
