So a week ago we decided to come to Hamer Toyota for their good reviews and better selection. We were in interested in this beautiful XLE Red Flare Pearl CHR. We spoke with Hector Sanchez (salesman) started off nice very knowledgeable about cars. We then told him we were trading in a 2017 Corolla. He then comes back with a different attitude basically telling us it's not going to work the payments are way to high. We said ok we shook hands and that was the end of it. The next day my sister through her job gets us a discount for the car she then sends a message to Hamer and we then got a call from Nicole a consultant.

She gives us this really great offer we couldn't refuse basically right on budget mind you we told her we are doing a TRADE IN! We then said are you sure we are coming from BAKERSFIELD we were just there last night. She said "DONT QUOTE ME BUT ITS A ESTIMATION" ok we thought ok what big of a difference can it be she is say$309 with trade in. Maybe we can get it somewhere in the high $300s When Hector wanted a $500 minimum. We come in spoke with Hector and his attitude was way different basically says we cant give you that monthly low payment with a trade in. We asked him to call Nicole he refused he kept talking to his manager. So we then said let's speak to the manager. The manager was not budging either he said with the work discount was enough off. Long story short they dont care to help go to Frontier Toyota you get better customer service and you get treated like family. Nicole Quest had great customer service and was caring about our situation.
