Bait and switch at it's finest!!! When we got to the "newly renovated" wing of the hotel for our Penn 5000 room that we were conned into paying over double for we found hallways and doors that have clearly not been renovated since the early 1900s when the hotel opened. The room had 2 double beds with NO blankets and dirty sheets. The bathroom is old and disgusting. We left a message for the manager who never returned our call. Easily the worst hotel we've ever stayed in.
