Terrible Customer Service Experience - Major Delay & horrendous pricing

My Jeep was scheduled for an appointment to
- Align the 2 front wheels
- Change a turn signal bulb changed
- Have the transmission checked out for problems while shifting gears
- Have my Bluetooth connection checked out as it keeps crashing

Having left my car with them from Wednesday morning, I received a call on Thursday afternoon saying that they changed the light bulb but didn't have a chance to look at the rest. However they were going to push and try and have it ready by tomorrow.

Next day comes up, no call... I called them up at 3pm, no answer, I left a voicemail - unanswered.

I did the same thing the following day, Saturday. No one picked up, no answer to my voicemail.

I called up today (Monday) to see what the hell was going on - After being put on hold for 10min, the service rep finally was on the phone and talked me through what they have been working on so far:

"...So it looks like we've changed the light bulb, we are planning to have the front wheels aligned. It looks like the Bluetooth still is non responsive & we didn't have a chance to look at the transmission yet."

The car has been in service for 6 days & that's your accomplishment?
Thanks Paul, thanks Jeep of Glendale, CA. And you're seriously trying to charge $400 for that evaluation? Must be a joke!
