Dropping off the vehicle was fine, and pretty well done. The challenge was picking up the vehicle. 1) The charges were incorrect as the website quoted one thing and the invoice showed a different price. The adjustment was made though quickly with no hassle. 2) It took them 25 minutes to find my car. I was in a hurry, and ended up being late to the event because they were not able to find my car. We were asked to go and look in the parking lot to find my own car, and given someone else's keys to see if it was my car. It was an awful experience, and really tainted my ability to come to that location again.
