Placed an order tonight, received confirmation and waited about an hour and a half before I called to follow up as it hadn't been delivered. When I called I was told that it had already been delivered. When I advised that it had not I was sent to someone else. That person then told me that they had no record of my order even though I have the confirmation email and I could take it up with the company that handles their online ordering if I wanted to. No apology, didn't really seem to care. Offered to take my order by phone but since he didn't really seem to be concerned about the order I had already placed and it was now an hour and a half later I decided to order elsewhere.
