one should NEVER use services of this business. A ...

one should NEVER use services of this business. A concept of urgency does not exist at DHL. To deliver an important express shipment takes a week plus additional 2 hours on the phone with customer service trying to locate $5000 worth item. Express delivery IS NOT express. Speed the word and warn others from this flaky enterprise.
